With the current Premier League season on pause for yet another international break this one couldn’t of come at a worse time for Chelsea.

Currently sitting in 10th, The Blues had a quick turn around in form with an unbeaten March.

Some of the players took that club form with them and displayed it on their international duties.

England’s first stop was in Napoli where they beat the Italians 2-0 .

Although no Chelsea asset began the game, we saw a double change in the 85th minute with Conor Gallagher and Reece James entering the scene.

By that time the game was already put to bed so you can imagine their tasks we pretty self-explanatory.

Only a couple days later, Reece James returned back to England because of an ‘ongoing issue’ reported from Sky Sport News.

The Three Lions later took on Ukraine on Sunday with a Chelsea player starting on each left flank in Ben Chilwell and Mykhaylo Mudryk.

Safe to say one Chelsea player outshone the other with Chilwell keeping a clean sheet and Mudryk actually losing the most duels (9) in the entire game.

Gallagher made a similar appearance in that game like he did on Thursday to make sure England get over the line.

In the Spanish camp Kepa Arrizabalaga had his fair share in performances.

The Spaniard’s first game against Norway on Saturday kept a clean sheet in a 3-0 victory.

However, tonight’s game against Scotland was the opposite of success losing 2-0 from a Scott Mctominay double.

It is argued Kepa Arrizabalaga was at fault for both goals.

Will he stay as Chelsea’s number 1?

In other fixtures, Chelsea’s number 8, Mateo Kovacic scored a brace tonight against Türkiye, hopefully he can keep that kind of form going into the rest of the season.

Chelsea’s star loanee Joao Felix also bagged himself a goal in a thumping 6-0 win over Luxembourg.

Since joining The Blues Felix has showed some real character and playing with a whole lot of confidence.

Back into Premier League action on Saturday with Chelsea hosting Aston Villa, they’ll be looking to keep their unbeaten run in the league.
